DEFECTIVE CONSTRUCTION

PSCA’s experience in the analysis and evaluation of defective construction is well known throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.  Examples of area’s of involvement include stucco, expansive soils, roofs, concrete, framing, water intrusion and mold.

DELAY AND SCHEDULING ANALYSIS

CPM analyses on delay claims can be complicated and highly technical.  Conveying these issues to a jury can be very difficult.  PSCA has significant experience in asserting and defending delay claims, as well as the testimony skills to explain the analysis
 

CLAIMS AND COST ANALYSIS

Whether equitable adjustment, unjust enrichment, force majeure or other types of claims, PSCA has evaluated or prepared  these types of claims.  Additionally, as in all of PSCA’s matters, we prepare scopes of work, cost estimates, and evaluate project costs and damages asserted by others. 

FORENSIC ANALYSIS

Water intrusion; unexplainable cracks; determination of what was known and what should have been known; mold causation and evaluation; these are examples of the forensic evaluations performed by PSCA
